THE STORY
ZZVINO “ZERO.ZERO VINO” is a project undertaken by winemakers for wine drinkers, to make a <0.5% ALC wine alternative THAT IS ACTUALLY MADE WITH GRAPES. ZZVINO uses organically grown shiraz & chardonnay, with cherries, blueberries & blackberries to create a vibrant, complex & highly drinkable “NO/LOW” WINE ALTERNATIVE. ZZVINO uses grape pomace which is generally discarded, creating a circular & SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT. ZZVINO is NON-dealcoholised which we FEEL LETS THE GRAPES SHINE TO THEIR FULL unaltered POTENTIAL.
